Lorne Adam Kaiser

Lorne was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in South Florida. He attended Florida Atlantic University and graduated magna cum laude in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Lorne attended Florida State University College of Law and earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2002. During his tenure at Florida State University, Lorne was an intern for the Public Defender’s Office, Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Florida and demonstrated a precocious knack for trial advocacy.

After being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2002, Lorne focused on civil trial practice with an emphasis on insurance coverage, wrongful death and personal injury matters. In addition to being admitted to practice in the state courts of Florida, Lorne is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and has argued before numerous administrative bodies and tribunals throughout the country. During his career, Lorne has represented clients pro bono and has successfully taken on Fortune 500 companies in high stakes litigation.

Lorne is the proud father of an eight year-old boy and is an active member of the community.
